Carmelo Anthony Update

Apparently there is some kind of fuss over at the Denver Police as to wether or not Melo got special treatment from the cops. There is an investigation as to whether or not the officers were out of line because they gave Melo a ride to a hotel because his fiancee wouldn't pick him up from the pokey. They also drove his Mercedes to the police parking lot instead of having it towed to an impound yard.

He was supposed to be held until he was sober or was picked up by a responsible party, but since his girl wouldn't come get him he was given a ride to his hotel by the police.

No that doesn't sound like special treatment at all

Lowe's Nanny Says He Flashed the Beef

More on this Rob Lowe wackiness. The former nanny Jessica Gibson was on the today show today and said that Lowe exposed the sausage and touched himself sexy like in front of her and also groped her several times.

The complaint filed yesterday states that Gibson claims that Lowe, "placed his hand inside Gibson's pants in order to touch her crotch" and "grabbed Gibson's buttocks without consent." She also felt that he feared that he would take it further and assault her.

Carmelo Anthony Arrest for DUI

Denver Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony was thrown in the clink April 14 for drunk driving.

He was driving on Colorado Interstate 25 when he was pulled over for failing to drive in a single lane (i.e. swervin' round drunky like) and failing to dim his lights.

His attorney said he cooperated with the blood test.  Anthony is scheduled to be back in court on May 14.

Richie Sambora Child Endangerment

The Laguna Beach PD is trying to decide wether or not it should file child endangerment charges against Richie Sambora stemming from his March 26 DUI arrest. 

Sambora's Girlfriend, daughter and his daughters cousin were all in the car when he was arrested.  Officers say that he didn't appear to be drunk, but his blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.

Dr. Phil is Above the Law

Well not really, but if you haven't heard Dr. Phil's crony bailed out that teen crazy girl that is accused of beating down another teen and video taping it for youtube.com.

Apparently the show is a little embarrassed because the thug they sent to Florida to bail her out got rather nasty with the local reporters on the scene. 

Adnan Attacked?

Britney's nightmare on and off boy-toy was attacked. JFX Online is reporting that Adnan is doing fine after being attacked over the weekend.

He is said to have received a stab wound to his arm, facial lacerations and a black eye. 

Does someone really hate this guy that much? There are some true wackos out there. My only question is why does someone care enough to attack Adnan? Daddy Spears maybe? hmmmmmm

Britney Still Can't Drive

It seems that Brit can't stay off the roads.  On Saturday April 12 she was involved in a 3 car accident.  Apparently she ran her Mercedes into the back of a Nissan which then hit the back of the car in front of it. Britney was traveling at 10-15 mph and there were no injuries reported.

The man in the Nissan said that she was admiring the Mercedes in her rear view mirror and noticed that the woman driving was putting on make up while driving, but stated he didn't know if she was putting on makeup at the time of the collision.

Crazy Rob Lowe Ex-Nanny Case

I still don't know exactly what is happening with this story, but here is what I have discovered so far.

One of Lowe's former nanny is claiming that she had an affair with him among other things. She is claiming that she is owed money for her services. (the nanny-ing kind we think)

Lowe is claiming that he is the victim of an extortion plot by the nanny and two other ex employees.

Icy Ice Update

Vanilla Ice was released this morning after a judge ordered him to have no contact with his wife. 

Vanilla will be allowed to phone her and return to their home to pick up his things, but only under police supervision.

Ice has officially been charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

Vanilla Ice In Trouble Again

Former rapper and reality TV star Vanilla Ice aka Robert Van Winkle was arrested at his home after some sort of dispute with his wife (classy).

Winklee was booked by Palm Beach Sheriffs at 10:43 PM charged with domestic battery. He is accused of having a physical altercation with his wife Laura.

He is still in the Palm Beach County Clink waiting to see the judge.

Mischa Barton Pleads No Contest

Mischa Barton got her day in court, well sort of. She didn't actually show up to the courtroom.

She pleaded no contest to the driving under the influence and driving without a license charges from her arrest in December.

Her lawyer Anthony Salerno says Mischa Barton will be fined and placed on three years probation.  She will also have to attend an alcohol education program.

Barron Hilton gets Probation

Another shining Hilton Star!

Barron Hilton got his sentence stemming from his DUI arrest. (In February the little Hilton was arrested for driving drunk with a blood alcohol reading of .14 and he was carrying a fake ID.)

The judge ordered that Barron visit the County Morgue. He was given three years probation and has had his license revoked for a year. Now was that the real or fake id?
